About the Event

Do you have an overarched lower back? Do you suffer from low back pain, SI Joint Pain, Piriformis Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Pain from Degenerative Disc Disease? Learn what you can do about that.  

We will teach you why your brain is holding your back body muscles in a shortened pattern that leads to these diagonses. Then we will guide you through movements to reset the length of your back body muscles so that you can feel relief and ease in your body. Everyone welcome!

If you cannot attend the class at the scheduled time, register anyway and we will send you the recording for you to enjoy for 7 days.
