Persistent tension or pain can get in the way of enjoying life and brain research confirms that persistent pain beyond 6 months can often be caused by a pattern in the brain.
In this 4-part series you will learn how you can change your tension/pain pattern by retraining your brain. Each week you learn new concepts, build your skills and begin to transform your pain through simple gentle mindful movements. You will begin to regain better control over your muscles by releasing long held tension patterns, supporting easeful function & movement.
Improve hip mobility, release back tension and get breathing better. Each person will experience different results based on where you hold tension in your body.
This class will surprise you with how simple the movements are yet how powerful they are in releasing tension in your body. It will end with a guided meditation to completely soothe your nervous system leaving you feeling calm, centered and relaxed.
