About the Event
If you tend to shrug your shoulders to your ears when you get stressed, suffer from tension headaches or have a tight jaw then this practice will teach you quick and easy ways to pandiculate and re-educate your jaw, neck and shoulder muscles to alleviate tension in the upper part of your body.
