About the event

Release tightness and tension in your muscles using a unique Somatic approach that resets the length of your muscles. Then once your muscles are functioning more optimally you will challenge them with goal specific strength training designed to improve your game. The first portion of the class with be with Nicole Ablack-Ramkay and the second half will be strength training with Matt McKeown (co-owner of Highland Fitness & Wellness in Scarborough, Ontario)
