About the event

Green Light Reflex is a fascinating nervous system reflex that propells us forward in life. It brilliantly supports us to reach our goals, to experience the joy of moving in our bodies and is the reflex that allows us to flee from danger. It is one of three Nervous System Reflexes that show up as different postural, emotional and symptomatic patterns in the body.

Learn about how Green light Reflex supports and hinders you. When the muscles associated with this Reflex are not functioning well or get stuck in Sensory Motor Amnesia some common symptoms prevail such as low back pain, SI joint pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, upper middle back pain and tension headaches. Learn how too much GO GO GO can imbalance your nervous system and ways to counterbalance a habituated Green Light Reflex.

This is an online workshop event through Zoom. After registration and payment you will receive an email confirmation with Zoom Login Details.

Bonus: This workshop is FREE for all Annual Subscribers of our Video on Demand Channel. Please email us for the Promo Code.
