About the Event

Practice mindfulness with this lovely combination of practices; somatic movement re-education & mindfulness meditation, that will leave you feeling grounded, centered and at home within yourself.

Mindfulness is 1) the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something or 2) a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

If you cannot attend the class at the scheduled time, register anyway and we will send you the recording for you to enjoy for 7 days.
