About the event

SomaYoga Nidra is a blissful class combining two amazing practices into a session experience allowing for deep nervous system replenishment. The first 30-45 minutes of class you will be guided through gentle SomaYoga movements to release and re-educate your muscles. The second half of the class you will be led through a full body guided relaxation practice called Yoga NIdra (Yogic Sleep).

Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey of relaxation and guided awareness offering your mind, body and soul a reset. Yoga Nidra is powerful for those with chronic pain, stress, muscle soreness, busy mind and difficulty settling. Everyone is welcome.

If you cannot attend the class at the scheduled time, register anyway and we will send you the recording for you to enjoy for 7 days.
