About the Event

This class will focus on releasing the psoas and strengthening the glutes. Learn about the relationship the psoas muscle has  (hip flexors) to glutes, shoulders and diaphragm and how to release chronic tension. Enjoy being guided through movements that will release chronically held tension then enjoy a guided relaxation to soothe your nervous system.

If you cannot attend the class at the scheduled time, register anyway and we will send you the recording for you to enjoy for 7 days.
