Chronic tension in the trunk of your body can prevent the diaphragm from moving and working properly inhibiting your ability to breathe well which affects digestion, mental clarity, sleep and core stability. Explore how you can release chronically held tension to find that beautiful deep breath and bring balance and ease into your body, mind and spirit.
