About the event

The 61 points relaxation exercise, known as shava yatra, is a master practice of the Himalayan Tradition. 61 Point Practice has three beautiful benefits: 

  • First, it soothes the nervous system and deeply relaxes the muscles of the body. 
  • Second, the mind is redirected from outer distractions and trained to move systematically through 61 (marma) points cultivating inner awareness and sense withdrawal (pratyahara). 
  • Third, the practice directs your awareness inward sensing and feeling the inner workings of your body/mind developing the vital skill of Interoception. This is a powerful practice for deep relaxation and renewed vitality.

If you cannot attend the class at the scheduled time, register anyway and we will send you the recording for you to enjoy for 7 days.
